KEPPEL-JONES, Arthur (Mervyn)

   South African-born writer, in Canada from 1959, whose When Smuts Goes: A History of South Africa from 1952 to 2010 (1947) takes a gloomy view of the apartheid-ridden future of that country. It is a respectable - though minor - contribution to the future- HISTORY genre.
