N3F

N3F
The National Fantasy Fan Federation, formed in the USA 1941, the brain-child of Damon KNIGHT. After a succession of short-lived and factional US fan associations in the 1930s, the N3F proved a stable and enduring national organization. However, despite its long existence, it has maintained only a very low level of membership and activity and has contributed little to sf or FANDOM. It continues to publish The National Fantasy Fan, a newsletter which first appeared under the title Bonfire in1941.
